   We’ve just had our very first home kitchen designed by Magnet Kitchens, and we are so excited to see it come to life! Our initial appointment with Abbey was fantastic — she really helped us find the vibe we were looking for, even though we were going for quite a bold design. From there, Kam has looked after us brilliantly throughout the whole design process. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great advice, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The design looks amazing, and we can’t wait to see the finished kitchen in our home. Huge thanks to Abbey, Kam, and the whole Magnet team for making this such a positive experience so far!

   I normally hesitate to leave a negative review for a company, but on this Occassion given the experience, I feel it is necessary. I was dealing with the kitchen designer Kamlesh Heera. I have concluded that he was very unprofessional, and as a consequence I decided not to place an order for a kitchen at this company.

   I wish I read the bad reviews and believed them. Wow, wouldn’t want my worse enemy to get a kitchen from here. Staff have absolutely no idea, kitchen didn’t fit because they never bothered to come and measure. Whole thing is a disaster and they’re so rude and difficult to try and get things from, even thought it’s their fault the kitchen had to be . Just want to take your money. Avoid avoid avoid.

   BEWARE - they only care about the CONTRACTORS / INSTALLERS and NOT the paying clients. They consider the CONTRACTORS as their customers (and give them all sorts of incentives and discounts that the customers don't see).. I had a heap of poor quality materials and installation issues and they wouldn't intercede at all - even though it was their kitchen that was installed, I have no receipts, no guarantee and a poorly installed kitchen that cost me 5000 quid!

   Showroom dark and dingy, staff smoking out the front of the store put us off compared to other competitors so we purchased our kitchen else where. First impressions really do count.
