I rang about a cooker repair the lady who took my info was lovely and polite, My repair was done the following day. The gentleman who came out to do the job Was friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend this company.
I contacted Warden Domestics due to my faulty cooker, they came out quickly and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and had the replacement item in the van. The new part was fitted and cooker working all within 30mins, to top it off it was a very reasonable price (I was expecting a large bill) and the repair man was competent, trustworthy and kind. 100% recommend and will definitely be using again if needed in the future! Absolutely brilliant service! Fantastic so impressed, my machine broke on Saturday called in, had an engineer out in Tuesday fixed, the pricing was extremely reasonable and I'm delighted as I'm off on holiday, knowing when I get back I won't have to wait to clean my clothes and restore order to the laundry!! I normally don't review companies but this company does provide good service to the community and value for money. My washing machine broke down but was rectified immediately. I rather pay £120 for second hand washing machine with grantee than pay curry's £700. Thank you warden domestic your doing a great job. Highly recommended.
"PLEASE DO ASK WHAT TIME ARE THEY PANNING TO SHOW UP" What an unprofessional approach! For what? £20? I booked a visit to check on our washing machine. They take my phone number and thats it, phone call over. I assumed (my fault) they will call me on the day to arrange a time . Of course on Friday they show up with NO notice at 10:30am, both of us at work (I'm in and out as in the trade myself), which would have ben excelent if someone would have noticed us what time, but no. When I called them to rebook it, this time hopefully with an agreed time slot, they rather argued with me with all kind of stupid arguments and blaming anything but admitting that it might have been a miscommunication. Despite my efforts to try and calm the situation and stop the blaming game, they gone over and over the same tape and didn't want to admit it. Gosh we are humans, we do mistakes but it takes responsibility to admit it. Very professional I might say. I am in the trade and I would first apologies and consider the possibility of an human error and then look for a solution. The objective here was to fix the washing machine not to gain £20 for a missed callout, or is it? So in the end they don't want to rebook it (without paying again the £20) and no refund. Disgusting experience. Shame.
I would just like to say what a wonderful experience I had with using warden domestics today, not only did they get me a next day delivery slot but they also fitted my new machine and took away the old one, they also then came out of their way to check a leak coming from my washing machine before replacing the hose pipe. I am really grateful and will definitely be using you guys again! Thanks a lot for your good customer service skills.
