   As a UK wedding planner based in Norwich, I have been lucky enough to work with Epic Event Hire countless times over the last 13 years! Each time I have worked with the team, myself and my clients have received fantastic service! They're reliable and always offer great advice and guidance when my clients have wanted a bespoke design, whether that be a brand new draping design or an installation of glitter balls. Kerry, Dan and the team are always more than willing to listen, take on our thoughts and work with us to create something gorgeous! I highly recommend Epic Event Hire as a professional, leading prop hire and draping company in Norfolk and I'm really looking forward to continuing to work with them throughout 2026 and beyond!

   We hired Epic for our DJ, photobooth and lighting at Oxnead Hall for our wedding on 15th November. Firstly, ever since we got in touch last July, these guys have been ON IT. Their communication is fab, so speedy, and super professional. They updated our invoice with anything we asked, were so on hand for any advice, and were so willing to help or amend anything we needed. The whole way through we were so confident in them we ended up adding all of our services with them! Lighting - stunning as always, the barn looked beautiful! Photobooth - if you have any doubts about hiring an Epic Photobooth for your wedding, DO IT. Worth every penny! Ours was used back to back the whole 3 hours we rented it for, and the staff manning the photobooth were LOVELY. Could not have been more helpful or fun! The photo quality is great, and we absolutely loved that they kept a copy of every picture for us in a guestbook! We have loved looking through them afterwards, everyone had such a good time and were so complimentary. Didn’t even notice them setting it up, was all so seamless. Thank you! DJ - well, Lewis SMASHED IT. We had SO many compliments on our music - we gave Lewis a playlist of what we liked for the evening and he created something fabulous out of it. The dance floor was full all night, he took into account requests, and the evening flowed perfectly. Again, the set up was super seamless. We had loads of guests compliment our music, and they had a great time. There was something for everyone, we had all ages from 2-90 and they were all up at some point! Thank you lovely people for making our wedding fabulous - we knew we could put complete trust in you and were so pleased with the services you provided! Nancy & Liam x

   Having being let down by another company only a few months before our wedding we contacted Epic in a panic and a state thinking that all was ruined. From the moment we spoke to Dan and the team our hearts were full of excitement again! We cannot thank you enough for literally saving our wedding day, nothing was too big or too small and the attention to detail is superb! You are all truly amazing!

   After picking the venue and dress, hiring Epic events was next on our to do list and we are so glad we did!! They were extremely helpful, and clearly knew what they were doing, which was good as we didn't. Unlike many in the industry from the first meeting it was 1 on 1 in their show room. This allowed us to work with them to see what our various options were for center pieces, table runners, chair sachets and many more. Furthermore as we were knew to weddings, it was helpful they had a good idea of roughly what we would need, while never being pushy . We got our stationary from Epic events as well and they were amazing with that too, making last minute changes, and keeping us on schedule. To save the best to last, Dan our wedding Dj was just a star, he had the best energy, knew how to keep the crowd going, a genuine sweetheart as well!! Our wedding was relatively diverse, with various nationalities and so was the music but he rolled with it incredibly well and provided excellent entertainment!! Can't thank him enough!! Very grateful to the whole epic event team, you did an incredible job!! The pictures below are just part of the loveliness, you provided us with on the day, thank you!!!

   We would like to thank all the team at Epic from the bottom of our hearts for how amazing you made our venue look, for your professionalism and how smoothly the day went. The decorations were top standard and beautifully placed for both the ceremony and marquee, thank you Dan for the amazing music you played and getting everyone on the dance floor and Kerry the photo booth went down a treat and the photos look fab. Thank you also for the other bits you did for us behind the scenes - you both went the extra mile!! Also thanks to Chloe who kept us updated through the run up to the wedding and putting up with our indecisiveness with kindness and for showing us the decorations.
