Absolutely ridiculous, open 8am - 3pm , closed 12:30 - 1 for lunch , triaged order which is fine but doesn’t ask for symptoms on the phone so how on earth does that work , I hate to say it but absolutely useless
No longer do walk ins which is stupid, even knowing on their website they still say they do walk ins from 1:30 - 6pm, you have to scan a qr code fill in a form and wait to be called and then they will make an appointment for you. Very angry when even the GP's did not know this and sent me here.!!!!!!!
Useless clowns - non-existent service. Every time you phone in, no matter what day of the week or time of day, an automated system will put you on hold for 20 minutes then automatically hang up. Exact same hold time every time you try - its just an automated rejection service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star
Very good service had to wait a little bit but the staff were very nice.
Would help if someone answered the phone after 7 minutes being put on hold just to have the line go dead and bang up
waited 4 hours to be seen, ended up having to leave to pick my child up. The girl on reception didnt seem to care either. If i could give them zero stars i would.
