Inexperienced. My tooth was worse after leaving. Had to book a emergency dentist elsewhere because he had left a nerve showing which wasnt showing before hand. Ive had to have the tooth removed. Stay away people

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Dentists are very professional and provide excellent care and treatment. Been going here for few years and can’t fault any of the staff or treatment provided. First class dental teaching unit.
Very incompetent, unhinged and abusive nurse. Dont waste time making a formal complaint just go straight to health board as they dont listen and just make up lies to cover themselves. Very concerned for vulnerable people attending. Dont let a loved one go on their own and record discreetly as it will just be your word against theirs if you dont. The practice does not listen to complaints of patients or family, they only listen to their own staff, which are normally lies to save their jobs once a complaint has been made. Only good thing is that the DRs themselves are competent at their jobs.
Had an appointment for 9am to 9.30 with physio travelled from llanelli toke time out of work for much needed assessment due to crash on the m4 there was a slight delay rang the reception to tell them and make them aware I'd be slightly late they advised me to still attend got to my appointment 5 minutes late over the end appointment time I was turned away by some girl even after explaining the situation with being 5 mins over. Appalling service and no thought to people's emotional needs
I have never left a negative review before but after today I needed to. Today we were booked to get our 4 month old daughters jabs done, but were refused them as she apparently wasn't registered even though she is and had her first jabs there, a woman named Lesley came out aggressively waving our appointment slip in our faces saying " you can't have your jabs you shouldn't even be here why have you brought her here " while pointing at us through the security glass very angrily purely from us just turning up to a appointment that we received. My 4 month old started crying so I asked her who would we make a complaint to about this and she said the health board, I asked for her name and she said Lesley but wouldn't give a surname. I then phoned the surgery to ask how I'd make a complaint and I was told I would have to come down to get a complaints form, which Lesley didn't mention, but upon arrival I was refused a form. I have reported this extremely rude lady to the health board and am told it will be investigated. Polite manners cost nothing, never assume that you know what someone is going through, I hope that the CCTV camera just above the reception has audio, then again it will show her body language through the glass. The resource centre is a good place but Kings surgery I cannot recommend based on this Leslsey lady. We will be leaving this surgery and looking elsewhere.
After suffering 10 years of toothache I went to the dentist here who helped me with a dental plan and took most of my teeth I am now on the road to recovery and my mouth has started to feel much better
Attended an appointment here with my son in the podiatry clinic. Appointment was on time and the staff who had to perform a procedure on my son's toes were fantastic! They talked to him throughout and he was absolutely fine! No complaints here!!
DENTAL SURGERY - Had an emergency appointment today and had a tooth extraction. The dentist Nia and her nurse were superb! They both built a really positive atmosphere and made the situation bearable! Done a good job too! Thank you very much! Gutted I cannot join the practice on a full time basis!
