   The staff are great, left another surgery as they were not helping me at all with finding out what was happening with me after a car accident I had early last year, but Dyfed Road, well they sent me for tests and X-rays and have found out what was the problem and have helped me with medication and sending me on to specialists in the field for my situation, always happy to help and really DO what they can to help

   Joined this practice when I moved to Cimla in 2019 and I can only speak highly of them. The receptionists are very polite and helpful, nursing staff and doctors are really good and happy to help often going above and beyond. It's not often to hear good things about primary care but I can't fault my GP practice or any of their staff who are obviously working under extreme pressure and not in the best environment as the building doesn't reflect the service they deliver. Thank you everyone at Dyfed Road surgery.

   This Doctors surgery is probably the best in Neath. This has been my Drs and my parents for over 60 years plus. Whilst things have changed there since covid like everywhere else has and the NHS is quite obviously struggling in Wales I still think the patients at Dyfed Road Surgery are lucky to be registered there.I have always found the receptionists there extremely helpful and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you when they can . They always try to get you appts quickly if you have an urgent medical need and always ring back with information when they say they will!

   Established Doctor there gave me tablets for muscle pain in my chest and breathing problems , Didn't check my heart. Two days later I had a heart attack. I'm now in Morriston Hospital where they saved my life .

   Posting on behalf of my mum who picked up a prescription yesterday for my brother , very busy but staff were very friendly and helpful , little bit of a wait as it was nearing closing time . Was a little bit shocked as to how many people were actually being rude to the pharmacist and the staff they shouldn’t have to put up with that .

   I’ve used this surgery for 39 years . Over the last few years all the recent practitioners are appalling . Dismissive , rude , patronising and basically horrible and not interested in caring for people . It used to be fantastic . It makes me scared to call . I never even use my gp and now when I do I’m a made to I shouldn’t have

   I and my wife have been a patient for over 26 years and have always had great service. Since the advent of Covid things have changed and the stress is apparent on the staff, I wish I could give them the answer and help, you only have to be at the surgery for 5 minutes to see the volume they are having to deal with it’s overwhelming, I think people don’t realise this. I want to thank all the staff working there and show my appreciation for what you are doing during very difficult times.
