What a lovely experience! I’m not used to going to such appointments so I felt a little uncomfortable at first, but Steph made me feel totally at ease from the off with her warm and friendly manner. Really nice room and the hydrafacial I had was amazing! My face felt great afterwards and I could see and feel the difference. Would highly recommend!
Extremely professional. I can't recommend Kaology enough. As soon as I arrived I was put at ease by nurse Steph, who talked me through the whole process and what to expect with my results. I did ask a lot of questions as I was nervous about the needles, but she reassured me that it wouldn't hurt, and she was right. As I'm now entering my mid 30's, I had started to notice those pesky crows feet and I had quite deepset 11 lines, well I'm happy to say they have gone. I look and feel great and have had many compliments on how good I'm looking. It's not too obvious either, I don't look constantly surprised, just refreshed and youthful. I used to smoke, which ages you too ac and now I have given up that nasty habit, there's no trace of it left on my face. I look and feel fantastic. I couldn't reccomend Kaology enough. It was extremely clean, very professional with a lovely, friendly atmosphere. I have told my friends about it and would definitely recommend. I had reservations about getting botox/filler as I have one friend who had an awful experience with someone in Swansea (it turns out anyone can take a 1 day course in the UK and administer it without having a medical background, which should be illegal as it took me down a rabbithole of horrific stories) but as Stephanie is a nurse, I felt it was time to bite the bullet (as I had been wanting it for nearly two years) and I'm so glad I did. All my reservations and worries were forgotten when I started to notice my results. I really would highly recommend Kaology. Extremely professional setting, service and results. A friendly atmosphere with great work.
Steph is so lovely, very relaxing and helped with my acne massively. She recommended a tailored dermalogica facial as my skin is combination and also acne-prone. 5 star service, thank you x
