The play furniture is a bit tatty and neglected, but overall, it's a very nice place for the kids to enjoy :-)
Lovely soft play, staff really accommodating and although not many staff, working hard to provide an excellent service. Love that there’s a toy and book corner as well as the soft play as daughter is only 1 and tires out quickly! Clean, friendly and nice size and number of people for smaller kids. Had a lovely tea and amazing cheesecake too. Very reasonable price and will definitely be back!
It's about time Newmarket had a soft play area for children! ...it's only taken a few 100 years!!
Fantastic soft play, there is something for kids of all ages. The food is delicious and the ladies who served us were very friendly. Will be coming back! Would definitely recommend :)
Lovely little soft play! Although small, it's got lots of things for kids to do, my daughter had a great time. Staff are really lovely and helpful and the coffee is great!
The kids love it here, best soft play area in watton /Carbrooke. Well priced, plenty of events and cafe is just delicious. Also the staff are so approachable and friendly

A lovely soft play for toddlers, very clean and well maintained. Only reason for the four stars is that it's a little on the small side and could easily get quite crowded but it's still a good size for burning off some of the little one's energy! There is plenty for them to do here which is great. They also do table service which is nice and I like that they offer you a loyalty card so you eventually get a free session. I would definitely recommend.
Love the soft play here, it's so clean and with the addition of toys, books, colouring in pencils and colouring in pages plus a chalk board for the little ones it's a fab place to visit. The cafe is very reasonable too. Friendly welcoming staff and lots of seating. It's my favourite soft play in the area and will be returning very soon. The centre does offer climbing and a new ninja course upstairs, fun for all ages.
