I had the annual flu jab yesterday & the lady that did it for me was superb. She was very friendly, professional & explained the process & I couldn't fault anything! I told her so at the time, so it's nice to add this in a review.
Sad to say a negative experience with a rude and argumentative member of staff who failed to communicate they needed to prepare the prescription. Also not very professional shaking your head and rolling your eyes. Do better
The whole experience couldn’t be easier from choosing the venue to completion of the procedure. Wy wife and I arrived early for our appointments and after a very short wait were soon dealt with by a very caring, professional lady. Well done!
I walked extremely ill to the pharmacy feeling very vulnerable to speak to someone and the lady who served me was highly unprofessional so, exhibiting an attitude that astounded me. She had a very standoffish combative tone and unfortunately as a man at 6 foot some women don’t see that indeed we can feel vulnerable too so she decided to simply vile at me instead of listen to my needs and concerns and then recommend something helpful. For feeling very sick, she recommended that I eat a ginger biscuit , talk about Victorian recommendations. It’s not the first time I’ve been to this pharmacy and have received customer service that has not met my expectations . No doubt they will write some kind of subversive response to this review to try and paint a customer who is concerned about service level to a potentially vulnerable population as wrong. Watch out, if you’re feeling vulnerable do not go here.
Wonderfully friendly, thoughtful and efficient staff that go out of their way to help. My brother and I both had a prescription that had been issued that same day and even though my brother said he'd come back the next day and i asked to have mine issued, when we got back 10 minutes later the kind lady that served us (sorry i don't know your name) had made up both prescriptions so we could both go home with our medication. So thoughtful it left us both with a smile on our face.
Lovely staff, always had my medication on time, and the staff on the phone are superb. The pharmacist and their team are great, despite all the pressure on their service!
Recently changed to this branch as my hub, excellent customer service by everyone, always smiling and friendly. Saeed the pharmacist couldn’t recommend enough helping me out with my prescription

Although this is a very busy and small branch, I have been impressed by how responsive they are. The pharmacist will take time with each patient and makes sure to leave them satisfied. The staff are polite and helpful. Great overall management. I live far from this branch and there are other pharmacies on the way, however, because of the great experience I’m willing to travel further to Kamsons in Whitehawk.
This, without a doubt must be the best pharmacy i have been too, Amazing staff, always extremely helpful, polite and courteous.
