They never answer the phone but I wouldn't either. They open until late which is great for shift workers. They do what they're supposed to and that's what matters really.

111 sent through an emergency prescription - pharmacist told me to pay £9.90 for 3 days supply - when I asked for either full prescription (which she could see) or waive the charge she asked “do you want it or not”. Rude and unhelpful

Gave them over the 72 hours they ask for to be told when collecting it wasn't ready, after an hours wait got told not everything was in stock . How hard is it to have a repeat prescription ready ? Was poor before but getting worse avoid this pharmacy

Never answer their phone and wondered why, just tried it while waiting at the counter and it doesn't even ring. Now I've driven across town to pick up the rest of my prescription (which they obviously didn't have in stock) without even knowing if it si here. Plus the queue!

What a pointless service. They never have anything in stock, they spend so long sorting out their mistakes that you have to wait for ages and then they close for lunch at a random time that suits them. Better off using any other pharmacy or just get sick from untreated illnesses - it will be less hassle!!!

Rudeness should be unacceptable! The antibiotic medication was ready after 24 hours and dispensed to us correctly. However, we would suggest the person behind the counter, in this case a white male, take note of maintaining basic norms of acceptable if not polite behaviour. We presented as a couple and the person behind the counter not once acknowledged both of us or made eye contact, brazenly and repeatedly ignoring one of us. Acceptable behaviour to us is acknowledging both whilst maybe proceeding to deal with the name behind the prescription. Does that take so much brain power to grasp? To those idiotic enough to suggest that this might be due to overworked or overstressed staff, may we suggest it takes the exact same amount of effort to be polite as to be rude. Needless to say, we shall not use this pharmacy again. Mr and Mrs Milne

I went to Asda today and was shocked to see only 2 tills open. I don’t do the DIY scanning process as I have bad arthritis and struggle holding things. Anyway that’s not my point. The store was very busy with staff milling around trying to look busy and my luck I was in a queue for about 15 minutes, the till operator was painfully slow and surly, and the shoppers in front of me laboured over packing their goods. Why bother having those additional tills if they’re not going to be utilised? The mind boggles at the inefficiency of management for such a large store catering for Brighton and surrounding towns.
