Fantastic service from the lovely team at Elm Grove Kamsons. They gave a five star service and whenever I call in the staff make me feel so welcome. I’ve recently moved from a different Pharmacy based on friends’ recommendations - so glad I did. Thank you!

Had our flu jabs on Friday, would like to say thank you, went with a disabled lady I care for and my son, we were seen and given the jabs without any fuss, the best experience we have had with our young lady who coped the best she has starting to have a jab of any kind and for that I would like to thank the Kamsons staff at Elm Grove!

Went for a flu shot. Quick, friendly, professional, and was able to get an apt for the week next despite the big pharmacies being booked up into the next month. Very useful!

Just changed to this pharmacy. The loveliest staff ever. They wrote out what I needed to say to my doctor on the phone with all the tricky lingo which was really helpful as I am dyslexic. So happy I moved to this one, much calmer then Lewis Road which was an hour waiting time - which doesn't work with my busy work life.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rude customer service. Unprofessional. Expired medication. Visited Elm Grove Chemist on 02/04/22. The Pharmacist working, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Despite them making an error, no apology was given by her. My repeat prescription was sent to the chemist on 11/03/22. On 18/03/22 I went to collect the second weekly prescription, they told me they did not have it and that I should contact my doctors surgery. My GP’s surgery called the chemist and they confirmed that my prescription was in stock and would be ready for collection. Eventually after having a break in my medication (which I’m not supposed too) I was able to get the prescription. Now going forward to today, after my GPS surgery had to contact them again on 24th or 25th of March, as my prescription wasn’t available - again. I was advised that it would be ready for collection from 31/03/22. I went to collect it and was told they could only give me 2 tablets (one dose). The pharmacist repeatedly stated that they didn’t have the medication because they only knew of my prescription request from yesterday (01/04/22) however this was not true! I was reduced to tears, due to the pharmacists rudeness and nonchalant attitude towards this situation. I have since had 3 sudden breaks in this medication, which has made me terribly ill and had a detrimental effect on my mental health. It’s such a shame that mental health issues, aren’t taken seriously. Another lady working gave me my prescription to go to another chemist. She was apologetic and polite, however her colleague had upset me greatly. * I do not recommend this chemist and I will never use it again. * Please also be aware that on 3 occasions, this chemist has also attempted to give customers expired medication. Another customer in the chemist was also complaining about this issue today. The nicer lady working of the two, has said that she will open an investigation and this will be sent to head office. So I really do hope that that is the case!

Staff in this branch need training in providing a pleasant customer experience. Offhand attitude is prevalent and they appear to enjoy being rude to customer using a superior manner that is completely inappropriate. A visit to Superdrug would show them how to interact with customers in a more acceptable manner.

This is not the pharmacist to call if you want advise unless you have a cut on your knee and need a plaster. On two ocassions I have spoken to her in pain and discomfort and just wanting a couple of simple pharmasist questions answered and she tells me to call my Dr.!,well if it was that quick and easy then I would. I know they are not Drs but arent they suppose to have some knowledge.?
