pricing on the shelves is incorrect to checkout cost. label on shelf reads- £2.99 for deodorant but it’s £4 at checkout? and yes the label is for the ‘correct’ items
4 max limit on mepore plasters which I think is ridiculous and nothing more than a grasp at power. Have to spend more than £5 to use my card so ended up having to draw out £10 just to buy 4 plasters for my son who has a nasty graze on his elbow. Literally just wanted to patch up my screaming child. Will have to go back in several days to buy 4 more.... Absolutely daft.

I have just phoned this chemist after being advised to by 111, due to my son having a severe allergic reaction to medication. The two guys no answered the phone are both very unprofessional and giggling whilst I am talking and trying to explain what has happened! I think they are in the wrong Job! Highly incompetent and rude! AVOID
Local pharmacy to me and always give helpful advice and can save a trip to the doctors. They collect my sons prescription and always have his medication ready for him to collect.
Such a lovely and friendly pharmacy. They are always more than happy to help and answer any questions. They sort out both mine and my daughters repeat prescriptions and never had an issue. The fact that they order the prescriptions from the doctors means I don't have to panic that I may have forgot. Its all taken care of and ready for me to pick up each month. Other prescriptions we may need are dealt with quickly, and if in extremely rare circumstances are not in stock, they are ordered for the next day. I also get my flu jab done here, which is a major help as its on my school run route. This means once the kids go off to school I can just pop in and its all done in a matter of a couple of minutes. So there isn't the hassle of having to try and get into the flu clinic at the doctors.
