I went for my flu shot a couple of days ago. The staff in the pharmacy were very nice and helpful, and the lady that gave me the shot was very nice and went through the whole process with me.
I had my flu jab here and everyone was friendly and polite. All done within a few moments and I was able to sit in a little room away from the rest of the customers to have it done.
I recently paid for a flu jab here. It was easy to book and very reasonably priced compared to other private payment options. I was seen promptly and the staff were friendly and professional.
I've been using this pharmacy for my blister packs for many years now. The staff are all very kind and professional to whoever walks through the door. Not an easy job - but they do it extremely well and thank you for your kindness.
I understand some things are out of the control of pharmacy staff but I cannot understand why I’m allowed to book a flu vaccine and stock not be allocated for it. I turned up to my appointment to find they’d run out of flu vaccinations. I would have appreciated a call ahead of time to re-arrange.

The worst pharmacy in Brighton by far. Rude untrained staff with no customer service, always out of stock of medication or missing completely. The default excuse is Covid, that's all they blame it on every time something goes wrong, which is every time. They blame everything on Covid, even the weather. Take a few little extra minutes and go up the road to Boots or Brighton Community Pharmacy.
I have been using this branch for years and overall have had excellent service, however overnight I was told “all the staff have left” and service has been appalling since. I had to go in 3 times today & have witnessed people walking out in frustration & the woman in front of me told staff she would never be coming back after also being a customer for years and I told them the same. The waiting is annoying and I’ve never had to wait like that before but it’s staff attitudes that are the most appalling - no eye contact at all on entering the shop - you can stand there for almost 10 minutes before some one acknowledges you. Was told they didn’t have my medication & might be in the next day then 2 more staff members got involved and found my medication (and laughed between themselves). Overall a horrible experience three times since old staff members left and I will not be back as pharmacy is very disorganized.
Visiting from Australia, thought my gout was back. Very helpful, giving directions to the NHS GP close to Brighton station to get a script. Filled this in my return, very quickly. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.
