Awful. I reordered my asthma pump at surgery and two weeks later I went to pick up here. The lady was extremely unhelpful and wouldn’t help even though it was a Saturday and I told her my asthma pump had completely run out. So if I have an attack it’s tough luck! Thanks for nothing.

With short staff and unhelpful doctors receptionists this place does what it can. It has always had issues with not ever being fully staffed (not their fault) and having communication issues with the doctors (again not their fault) it serves the community. And just scrapes by under extreme stress. Don't forget the village holds 3 care homes, and a large retirement community. It has a lot of orders for a small pharmacy. Show some care and patience when you attend.

It's like the wild west in there. Staff can't prioritise a task, searching for prescriptions takes an age, things aren't in stock (not their fault) but and they can't communicate simple things like when it'll be back or where else you can find it..

Staff very helpful, willing to help. I always have great service and a laugh with the staff.Needed two new prescription, even though they were very busy sorted prescription out , and I had medication within 20 mins. Many thanks

Rude female member of staff called Alex working in this pharmacy. They were closing at 1pm and 5 minutes before closing she turned off all the lights while customers were in store and was VERY rude to an older gentleman who was just trying to be nice. Ringmer is a small community and you would expect not to have the lights turned off on you while you are actually waiting to be seen. Having myself waited 15 minutes to be spoken too! Disgusting behaviour! Especially as it wasn't even closing time!!

AVOID AT ALL COST. 0/5 Worst customer services from any other service I’ve come across globally. Customers left to wait unapologetically. Management beyond dreadful. No efficient or effect system in place. Sign telling staff need to be treated with respect - look how you treat your customers and consider why you are often treated poorly. Laughing stock of the village.

Desperately hopeless. One has to return day after day to pick up items that have not been included in the prescription request and the shop is often bustling with disgruntled customers who have been told to “wait over there” before being told “we haven’t got it. Come back tomorrow.” It really is so upsetting

Consistent - in letting people down and having extended waiting times to collect. Drugs ordered well in advance (over a week before needed) go to collect my mothers prescription and have been left standing in the store for 45mins so far!!! Disgusting and needs to be sorted out, this is now a monthly occurrence

Health n Safety Gone Mad! Can't buy a tube of toothpaste or a bar of soap unless a pharmacist is present apparently. Saturday, 12.30pm, 26th November 2022.

Quality of service here does not seem to be a priority, even my own GP has mentioned it. Seldom appear to have any idea of what’s going on, very alarming when dealing with public health. Good for paracetamol and shampoo, little else.
