    The staff are always locums - and no ordering gets done - a script in for 5 days still not ordered - take it elsewhere they say. Surely locums can do normal Ordering etc even if only bank work

    Flu jab (with voucher from my work): Having booked online (with voucher) I arrived on time (early pm), was greeted quickly (maybe I was lucky there was no queue). Details taken, and I only waited a minute or two for the (friendly) administering pharmacist to let me into the consultation room. Jab done in 2 minutes. Very quick and most straightforward jab I've ever had. Thank you.

    Took well over a hour to get emergency medication, pharmacist was rude she would state something and then turn away before I even had a chance to talk. Other staff were polite but just kept saying your next like it would be 10 minutes when the pharmacist wasn't even doing the perscription at the time?? My worst experience with a pharmacy, avoid at all cost.
