   I went to them twice, tried to pick up prescription. First time, I was told there was a 25mins wait, so I went back in an hour, the receptionist told me there was another 10 mins wait.... So I went for a walk outside, went back again, she told me they have ran out of the pills, I need to go somewhere else or come back tomorrow. Well,we will see if I will manage to get the medication I urgently need tomorrow.

   Booked a contraception check-in appointment, arrived and got told they were too busy to offer anything but a repeat prescription. Even though I booked this to talk about alternatives. Pharmacist was apologetic but would’ve appreciated a call beforehand to let me know they’re not offering all services at the moment so I could’ve saved my time.

   If I could give this pharmacy a minus I would, I ordered my life saving medication 2 weeks after being in intensive care for a month, they still have not delivered and I had the pharmacist scream at me down the phone saying that she is busy.! Now have ran out of some medication. I will now go to the media this chemist should be closed, if I die it’s their fault.

   This is the second time in a month that their computer system does not take card payments. No notification anywhere and had to wait 5 minutes to be told. It's a computer issue: get it sorted! The pharmacy has responded and the apology is accepted. I think sometimes just a simple notice would suffice to keep the customers informed.

   Unbelievable! Last week I left my debit card at the surgery which is literally next door to the pharmacy. I couldn't collect it then as I have chronic pain so earlier this week, on one of my good days, I cycled down to collect it. Realizing I had disposed of my last mask i asked to purchase one at the door. Having "sold out" of the surgical masks I was told I could but a more expensive one for £4.00. Happy to do this I offered to give them £3.00 which was all the change I had until I had picked up my debit card to pay the remaining £1.00. This they refused saying " just go in, I'm sure they wont mind" after being literally lost for words, a lady at the doctors reception kindly gave me a spare mask she had in her car. I went next door, picked up my debit card and went back into the chemist to talk to the manager. For the sake of £1.00 ( which I wanted to pay, they were quite happy to let me pick up covid or, have someone catch it from me. Most appointments are by telephone call unless you need to see a doctor so potentially some very vulnerable people in there. All the manager could say was" I'm sorry you feel that way!" The only reason I 8only had £3.00 was because I couldn't get any money out as my debit card was at the surgery! I was very upset and I left the £3.00 with them to put in the charity box. I wish i had of also bought a mask to leave for the next person who needed it. As I said, unbelievable.
