THERE AREN'T ENOUGH STARS!! I had my flu jab today and I hate needles... and before I could even brace myself, it was done. I didn't feel ANYTHING. I have never ever had a jab like that. I can't recommend Kamsons and their team enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I received my flu vaccine yesterday and was in and out before my appointment time. The pharmacist was excellent. Caring and friendly. Although the pharmacy is only little it seems well stocked and well staffed.
I've been using this Pharmacy for over 15 years and I've never had any problems. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they help with saving money if a prepaid prescription is cheaper and when I went in today they had rescued a very cute hedgehog in need of some help and we're waiting for it to be collected by a rescue centre
Lady who served me was happy, polite and helpful. It was nice to hear the chatter of the staff, working and enjoying each others company. It makes a nice change to be served by happy staff. Keep it up. Thank you.
Staff were fine but the chemists themselves have been incredibly rude and condescending. One of which, whom I have no relationship with randomly commented on my ID photo describing it as ‘gruesome’.
Hope, the pharmacist, went well above and beyond after I'd been messed about by a couple of Lloyd's elsewhere. Made sure my prescription was ready and despite this pharmacy being small and busy was seamless and friendly service. Wish all Lloyd's had a Hope!
Obviously it’s Lloyds pharmacy so will be the slowest most rude service from any pharmacy. How this company has customers is a mystery as any other pharmacy will be an improvement over a Lloyds. There’s more stock from a corner shop than a Lloyds.
Manytimes waited ages for my medication too long suffering in chronic pain anxiety fatigue nouseus flu type feeling! Carer for partner at time and waited in extreme circumstances Upto an hour & just to get snared at ! Hopefully things have improved? Now maybe?
