I had a wonderful experience when I visited for a pharmacy first service. The pharmacist, Joel, was very professional and truly helpful. Highly recommend.
The staff at the Polegate shop are always very helpful and help when need medical advice, any new drugs prescribed I always get a call to see if you going ok. Able to get my flu jabs and no monstrous queue in the rain. One of the best pharmacy I have used.
Had my flu jab 2 days ago. This was my second visit to Kamsons and like the first it was very good. It took place on time, the staff were friendly, and the lady who did the injection was excellent

I come in once a week to collect an ongoing prescription, it’s always on time. Everyone is very helpful and polite, especially the pharmacist who goes out of her way to help me when I’ve got a problem.

Can’t fault this pharmacy. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and the staff are friendly and polite. Always had excellent customer service from Jacky in particular who frequently goes out of her way to assist.
Went in for vaccination the woman at the till she had glasses on was miserable as hell no greeting or anything as if she was being forced to work there she told us to wait a few minutes then she took out a blue coloured Elfbar Vape and started vaping inside the pharmacy while handling other peoples prescriptions. I do not understand why would anyone employ someone like that. I would probably make a complain to NHS regarding this as well as not hygienic at all.
Refuses to return my calls so that I can log a complaint.
