Went for a flu jab today for the first time. The team were very helpful in explaining everything. Very quick and painless. Thank you.
Getting my flu jab at Kamson’s VMC was quick and easy. I booked online which was simple and only waited a couple of minutes when I arrived. The pharmacist was very friendly and the injection didn’t hurt at all.
I don't have cause, thankfully, to visit a pharmacy often - however, for the last two years I've been here for a flu jab, both times I've turned up to find my appointment cancelled. The appointments have been booked weeks in advance, reminder from Kamsons have been sent to me the day before, only for me to arrive on the day (having queued out of the door!) to find they are unable to carry out the flu jab and I have to rearrange. I wouldn't mind, but they have my contact details and have sent reminders, why can't they tell me that my appointment has been cancelled. Is it the end of the world - no, is it really annoying and inconvenient - yes, and terrible customer service
Hello. I have always found the staff at Kamsons at the VMC friendly, polite and ready to help. This afternoon I attended for my Flu jab. The young man who gave me the jab also took time to answer some questions that have been bothering me. (These were not serious enough for a GP appointment). So 10/10 !
I wouldn’t dream of booking my flu and COVID vaccinations anywhere else. One has the privacy of a room and I felt as if I was being treated as an individual rather than one of a herd. Matt is always gentle; I truly hardly noticed the 2 injections. Every member of staff is brimming with emotional literacy and therefore I use this branch for all pharmacy needs. Thank you one and all

Most of the staff are helpful just one woman who has been there years I find rude who thinks she owns the shop and in important not for me and I live in old town saying that I got my booster jab kamson peacehaven very helpful
Normally a very helpful pharmacy, but today when my husband is ill with covid and we are self isolating they were extremely dismissive and unhelpful.
