   Very happy with Kamsons travel vaccinations service. Their pricing was more reasonable than other travel vax clinics and the pharmacy staff were great: super friendly and professional, especially Melissa who administered our jabs. She was really helpful with scheduling appointments around our work hours. Will definitely come here again for future vaccinations. Note that they don't take American Express cards. What could've been better: after requesting an appointment via the website the enquiry went to a regional office who were quite difficult to get hold of - took a lot of calls and answer messages to finally be connected with the pharmacy. But once this was sorted it was smooth sailing and worth the admin.

   So efficient and friendly. They are now my regular chemist and am so pleased I changed. I had got used to poor service but its refreshing to have the phone answered withing 2 or 3 rings. My medications are consistent original brands not a different generic version every month that takes 2 weeks to get used to before a different generic 2 weeks later! There are busy but have sufficient staff to ensure an hour isn't wasted waiting for medication. It's a pleasure to be seen quickly and efficiently by friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone.

   Had my flu jab yesterday: it was really easy to book a convenient slot online and then I got an email reminder. The staff at the pharmacy were super friendly and caring and the actual injection was so quick and completely painless. I would highly recommend Kamsons.

   I visited my gp pharmacy twice having made appointments only to be told they’d ran out of flu vaccines. I contacted Kamsons and got a very quick appointment and was seen quickly and the whole experience was without stress and the staff very polite and extremely efficient. Thank you

   Always five star service. Everyone is friendly and so caring. Nothing is too much bother. My flu jab was easy to book on line. I was seen promptly in a private room. It was painless! So nice to know they are always there for you.

   Excellent customer service. My prescription was ready to collect and the Pharmacist took the time to come and discuss my medication and item owed due to no stock, which was out of their control. Such a lovely Pharmacy, fantastic staff, always so approachable and one of the best in Brighton&Hove.

   There must be some polite and competent pharmacists at this location, but I have yet to meet them. Two of the pharmacists offer a superior and all-knowing manner for those customers who love being patronised. One of them also offers terrible advice for 4 year olds. When I called to ask why the remedy for my son went so horribly wrong, the pharmacist tried to blame the bad response firstly on me, then on the batch. ???? Will not be returning. Caveat emptor!

   Popped in here today to speak the pharmacist. She was very helpful and understanding. She gave me some great advice. She took her time when listening to me and I didn't feel rushed or being pushed away. Thank you to the pharmacist and all staff members for doing a great job!
