   Yet another great store in the Swansgate centre. A massive selection of stock from household goods, food, pet stuff, kitchenware, furnishings and toiletries. 31-5-23. Went into Wilkos this afternoon just before closing. They had 3 staff working, no self service checkout but even though the lady at the counter was very busy, she still had a smile for each customer she served. Great deals on certain products atm so go and peruse the stock.

   Gone downhill in terms of product availability. Very poor. Lots of empty shelves. Used to be very good, now lucky to find what you need. Increase in prices too.

   Love the shop but recently have found prices shown are different to the till prices. I have had this issue a few times now and now take a photo as proof to show at the till. Staff are always polite and do check when I complain. Here's on item they mucked up cat food showing £1.60 on stand but at till £1.90.

   Very well stocked store and organised in a logical manner. The only downside is that the "self service" tills are not user friendly, they are just ordinary tills turned around, and the cashiers are few and far between. This could be improved to increase the shopping experience / customer service levels.

   Went in to buy a few items. The staff try to get you to go self service. While they stand and watch,if they actually got on the till to serve people the queuing would be a lot less and the one till that was opened closed. I'm sorry I thought you worked in a shop to serve the public not to dictate to them to make life easier for yourself. I put my items down on the customer service desk which is manned by no one and left. I will never set foot in that rude shop again.
