Usually pretty good. Today I have tried, would you believe, 178 times to ring to order some medication, some of which is quite urgent. If it's not engaged it just rings and rings and then cuts of. As I say it it now urgent. What am I supposed to do? I need my medication. Really, really poor and very frustrating
I can’t express enough how helpful and kind the people who work at this pharmacy are ! I had a really complex situation where I had run out of urgent medication and an email had to be sent to the pharmacy from a private clinic and they were so calm and helpful to my husband today. Theyre really well stocked and worlds apart from the other pharmacies in the area. Very grateful indeed.
I’ve been to this pharmacy many times to collect my prescriptions and have never noticed any unpleasant smell at all. The place has always been clean, well-kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. I think this reviewer must have a super-sensitive nose, because I honestly haven’t experienced anything like what they’ve described!
I booked a flu jab appointment which was confirmed by text message by the pharmacy. I turned up at this Pharmacy At the schedule time for the vaccination And I was told that they had run out of the flu vaccines and that they were not able to honour my appointment. They told me the reason for this was because they had been providing flu vaccinations all day to People who just walked in. So rather than putting aside the correct volume of flu vaccination stock to ensure that people who had a booked appointment could still have their vaccine, instead the pharmacy chose to prioritise vaccinating customers without booked appointments, And I slept there run out of the flu vaccine injections. Furthermore, they were aware of this earlier in the day and yet they didn’t attempt to contact me to advise me not to come as my appointment could not be fulfilled Really bad practices being shown here, Total incompetence and a disregard for customer care. I certainly won’t be using this pharmacy again in the future!

Used to be good but now, despite the best efforts of the women on the front desk, this pharmacy is completely unreliable and chaotic. Avoid at all costs.
Such personal & kind staff. It makes dealing with my condition & meds so much more manageable and a genuinely nice experience to visit the pharmacy. There has obviously been a ‘change of hands’ recently, & it is a GREAT move. Thank you - you all work so hard, & it shows.
Always friendly and helpful here. Alex knows everyone's name and makes you all feel welcome. Yesterday I spoke to the pharmacist about a rare brand of medication I take which I sometime have to wait for, she said when its due let me know and I'll order it in just for you, she did, I ordered the script and there it all was ready and bagged by 10:30am the next morning. Now thats what I call service, and having worked in hospitality and travel I know good service. Sadly a lot of other shop aren't quite as helpful and welcoming. Good on you Trinity!
