Booked a travel vaccination online. Arrived on time, asked if I could wait 15-20 mins. The pharmacist saw a walk in patient whilst I waited. Very unprofessional! Also the prices and dose information on the website was not the same as informed at the pharmacy.
My husband and I went for travel vaccinations. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and also very kind and caring towards my husband's phobia of needles. Would recommend.
I booked a same day appointment for 3 "travel" vaccinations. I am nervous about injections but the person who gave them made me feel relaxed and was very gentle. He also gave me many useful travel tips about my destination countries. I would recommend this practice.
I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to answer my questions. They helped me find exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this pharmacy to others.
Brilliant Pharmacy the staff are happy and you receive excellent customer service. Apart from normal Pharmacy products they are able to sort out your holiday vaccinations and offer other medical advice without having to go your GP. Highly recommended.
I'd just like to pay credit to Lloyds Pharmacy in Hurstpierpoint who have done such an amazing job at advising and supporting patients during a really intensely busy time. We've had some really brutal illnesses pass through our household in recent weeks, and where we haven't always been able to speak to a doctor we've always been able to get spot-on advice and guidance from the amazing staff at that pharmacy. Thanks so much for doing what you do, it is appreciated!
Sorry to say but this pharmacy is a waste of time. I’ve now rerouted my prescription’s to Day Lewis, Hassocks now simply due to the long delays, various excuses, and general rudeness albeit from one staff member. Never ever pick up the phone. All other pharmacies do. Day Lewis text you within a day or 2 of receiving prescriptions from the surgery & they have less staff. Please sort it out it’s ridiculous!
Awful service. Don't go in there very often, but whenever I do, prescriptions not ready. The latest being that I have to wait 2 days for my prescription, even though the Dr sent it over in the morning.
Due to my prescriptions being sent direct, I was introduced to this local chemist. I have to praise them fully on always being friendly, approachable and efficient. In 'normal times' they had amazing offers of which I always took advantage. Even now, I find their own products are amazingly reasonable. I would like to thank them for being there.
The staff are wonderful and there is a male pharmacist with blonde slightly curly hair who helped me with taking an inhaler and made sure I was able to do it. The same pharmacist also administered my flu jab and was fantastic with my needle phobia. The staff are always super friendly even when they are really busy.
