    I went to see Osian about a frequent pain I was experiencing in my knee every time I squatted. Within the first session he was able to identify the problem and help me understand how to rehab it and start my recovery process. He showed me a couple of exercises that would get me back fit and healthy. A couple weeks on and I am progressing very nicely with the exercises recommended and back to squatting pain free!!

    When I first came to Osian, it was very unclear to me what the injury was due to previous unsuccessful treatment/diagnoses I had received. Within the first session, Osian was able to diagnose the injury (tendonitis), allowing for the correct rehabilitation steps to be put in place. Since then, the injury has drastically improved - I am now able to run and play rugby again pain free. For anyone looking for a rehab/physio, I couldn’t recommend Osian enough for his knowledge and services.     Went to see Osian in clinic for a back problem I had been suffering from for a number of months. Osian provided an in depth consultation and screening and identified it was a disc problem which needed a MRI and gave me recommended a consultant. I later then seen the consultant and had the MRI results and it was diagnosed exactly what Osian had suspected. I will be going back for my post op physio. Highly recommend PhysioFirst Swansea.
