Shocking service, econsult qfter filling on form , then told because of symptoms you need to speak to someone. After being 10th in queue the operator answers only for you to be cut off, try again only to be told calls have reached capacity. What is one yo do.

CRAP (this is the politest word I word I want use publicly.) System. Tried not giving it one star but it wouldn't let me post my message.. I've been trying for nearly a week to get to speak to a GP. How can the phones be at capacity at 8.03 then by 8.10 triage is full. If you go into the surgery there's hardly anyone there and those that are there are mostly seeing the Nurse. How come with so many GPs employed there why aren't more spaces available on the phone triage system. I was in the queue on Mondays call and was number 16, I was so happy until I spoke to a receptionist? who told me that the caller before me had taken the last triage place. So 15 spaces per day! if there were only 3 GPs working that's only 5 calls each and probably not that many appointments for a whole day, no home vists, so what do they do with their time. No wonder the NHS is in such a state.

The appointment process is awful. Just this Friday morning I waited 30 minutes in a queue on the phone only to get through and be told there were no more appointments. I explained I had called Wednesday and was told to make a triage appointment after waiting 12 weeks after an endoscopy. I had tried getting through on Thursday but it was full within minutes again so couldn’t make an appointment. And I was met with the response that β€œI’m sorry, that’s just the way the system is” . The system clearly does not work. Since stopping the afternoon triage, making an appointment and being seen when you need to, has gone to ****. Which is unfortunate because when you do get to see a doctor they are lovely and caring and I have never had an issue with any of them. If they were to come up with a new way of getting a triage appointment it would enhance the surgery tenfold .

It is appalling this consult method . I tried yesterday they hung up on me saying they couldn't hear me. When I finally managed to talk to someone I am told the slots are full, to call tomorrow. I tried again today to call from 8h00: the line is already busy or not working yet, I keep trying and when I finally have my call answered the slots are full . The e-consult is ridiculous, never available. No wonder the hospitals are full.

Not the best of surgeries wish I hadn't registered with them. Nothing but trouble with my prescription every month which is unacceptable!!! You get told you'll get phone calls back but yet noone ever does ring you!!! It was great when they had the 14.00 triage but since they've got rid of that it is impossible to get through and get an appointment with the GP this is so unfair on people who genuinely need to be seen or even speak to the GP. The attitude on some of the staff there is ridiculous. Worst GP surgery I've ever been registered at and I've been registered in some bad ones. They seriously need to get their act together and sort this out!!!!!

Absolute disgrace when an 82 year old in pain can not even get through on the phone to the surgery and has been trying for 3 days ! , you would have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment to actually be seen by a doctor here.

Bizarre booking system to see a GP. Appointments seemingly awarded at random or after trial by ordeal. You are required to call an obscene amount of times before you can reach a receptionist and then, if you're lucky, there'll be a chance for a GP to call you back. Seeing someone in person is a privilege reserved for those in danger of immediate loss-of-limb. Would have more success attempting diagnosis at home using a mirror and the neighbour's son who once read an article on Google about that strange mark on your back that's changing shape.

It is nothing but a joke. I tried to get a appointment in on the 19/02/2018 after ringing and then being put on hold. Only to be hung up on. And then to drive down and to be told I have to ring up. Witch I did 43 times with no answer. Not happy with it. And in result I am changing surgery
