Waited weeks to see doctor, the practice is totally broken. Systemic failure. Even a nurse practitioner is hard to see.

Went there.today to see doctor Jones about my anxiety and depression then a nurse comes out by name of Amy. Said I. Expecting tonsee doctor well u got me. Well would listen to me accused me of not having panix attack and called for manager Lorraine. Who asked me if I lived with my my and dad in loughor I said no my dad dead. In reply she said I dont care u not seeing doctor and then denied saying it and called police. If you suffer mental health then avoid priceless st surgery as then they both cause me.liar and set me off i suffer cyst on brain anxiety attacks and both lied and to be good liar got to have good memory. Mental health attitude is shocking im.report both Lorraine practice manager and Amy a so called nurse. If wasn't for doctor naked calming me.down I be in hospital now. Both being reported to swansea bay today. Say away I recommend

After finding out my husband had stage 4 cancer ALL the staff from reception nurses Dr's have been amazing With sudden changes to meds from palliative care I've called them and by the time I arrived a new script would be waiting I only had to ask for advice and it was given I can't thank them enough. There's not enough stars that I would give for this post Thanks to everyone

Just gets more difficult to see a doctor, but l did have a good visit with one of the in surgery pharmacists We were not impressed to discover that my husband had been bumped off the appointment list after making a special appointment on December 30th We were told it was now a phone call on January 14 th We made ourselves available and l had to phone the surgery to follow up my blood tests results Imagine our surprise when I was told, it was not a phone call, we should have been at the surgery in person!!! We were very grateful to Moe that he made the effort to phone my husband So, thank you for that..

Can never get through on the phone. A few years back I managed to get an appointment to talk about mental health problems. The response I had from the doctor was, βI think itβs important to remember that there are people who have it worse than you.β A friend was told βYouβre too pretty to be depressed.β *update* Since leaving this review I received an unexpected phone call on my family home landline from the Practice Manager who had read this review and asked me to disclose more information. He found the incident on my records (given the timeframe) and apologised.

I have only experienced help and excellent service from Princess Street Surgery. The staff are friendly and as accommodating as they can be. We need to try to be more understanding of the difficulties of general practice in these days All surgeries have challenges that are unique to these times. There is great demand for GP services, there is shortage of staff due to Covid. The staff are working under extreme pressurised circumstances, there are extra patients to accommodate due to so many houses being built in this area and they have no allowance from the government for extra doctors, nurses and administrative staff. GPs are retiring after years of dedicated selfless service to the community and replacing them is very difficult as most doctors wish to have locum roles and do not wish to be GPS.

Brillliant surgery. I always manage to either speak to a doctor on the telephone or see a doctor if needed on the day of contacting the surgery. I have been with this surgery for the past 50 years. Receptionists are always helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would! Awful service. Usually takes around 200 dials and roughly an hour of waiting to get through on the phone in the morning. This is standard service. The last 3 times I have contacted them (after waiting ages to get through on the phone) they have just said 'Sorry, no appointments left. You'll have to phone again tomorrow at 8:30am'. Basically, I can't get an appointment. I am now changing surgeries because this one is absolutely useless!!!

This is the worst doctors you will ever find they have no my health online one phone line that you can never get through on you lucky if it's engaged not cut off for the day to save them work, and there's no point to go into the reception to book an appointment they just look at you as if there's nothing behind their eyes and tell you you need to phone the number is not connected to anything. One hole I would rate this surgery 0 and 10 unless you were either dead or had no need to see a doctor, over 300 attempts at getting through on the phone in the mornings is standard, you just have to get used to it.
