   They obviously have staffing issues which impacts their ability to answer the phone at main reception. It is better you ring the department you need and the numbers are on their Web page. As with most things the issues are down to lack of resources not lack of hard work by the staff who are excellent.

   Terrible service. Nobody answers the phone. Appointments for are not generated by the clinic so we cannot make an appointment for our child. There is no email address either. Not quite sure how to move forward. Please can management sort this. We need our child to be seen.

   Was only going to give 1* as nobody answers the phone,couldn’t talk to anybody or make an appointment! Till I just walked in and realised just how understaffed they really are. Private is the way forward… if one can simply afford it that is.

   Reviews all show that nobody answers the phone. Very concerning, I’ve been trying for days. 19 times today and still not got through! Travelling into town isn’t so easy for some, just a query I have for now, it would have taken a minute to give me the information. This seriously needs to be addressed by management

   No point in ringing no one answers yet when I got here they are all sitting around chatting NHS needs t9 consider re staffing out with the old in with the new.Woupd give zero star if I could.Service is good if you can ever get through to them iv been trying fir a month!
