   The only reason i've given one star is because you can't give none, this surgery is ridiculous, I can never get an appointment, even after calling early in the morning, I am told they have reached full capacity. Last year I waited all day for a gp to call me back after a suspected miscarriage only for her to tell me to call singleton, where I was told she should of referred me. This year I had an infection in my breast after breastfeeding, it took me so long to get an appointment that it turned into sepsis and had to got to hospital for the next few weeks to have it drained. Why is the nhs bothering to do follow blood tests when they haven't got time to talk about the results. I dont know if its just this surgery or if its all of wales, never had this problem in England.

   I've had experience with only one other GP surgery in Swansea but it was enough to understand the terrible service that the average GPs offer in the UK. However, Tabernacle Surgery sets the bar too high, the service is great whenever I needed it and the staff are kind and very helpful. Well done!

   I've recently changed from queen's road , I'm so happy to of changed it's not until you move do you see how bad a service you were getting elsewhere . Friendly staff and being taken seriously is all people ask for and that's now what I'm getting.

   Staff are always friendly and helpful but there is a problem with privacy in the clinic room as the door is difficult to close between the waiting area and clinic room. I was told by a nurse that is why they play the radio loudly!!
