I have just finished my course of travel vaccines and I have been very impressed with the service I received from Terina. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Traherne for any vaccines.
This morning I had a consultation with the nurse regarding travel vaccinations. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable. If you need vaccinations for travel I would highly recommend this Pharmacy.

When these guys took over this pharmacy, it was the best thing that could have happened. The whole team are just the best. Nothing is too much for them. Really friendly and very approachable which is vital in a pharmacy. I would give them ten stars if we're possible. Forget the rest, this is the one to use.

I want to give a special mention to Terina, who supported me through my stop smoking sessions over two months. Thanks to her incredible help, I’ve now completely quit. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, warm, patient, and made me feel truly safe and supported throughout the process. I actually looked forward to our chats each week—she made the experience which I thought would be very difficult into something I was excited about! Trahernes is a fantastic small localised family run pharmacy. They really do bend over backwards to help you in whatever you are needing . Unlike larger pharmacies, it retains that community feeling … like remembering your name or what the problem was last time . I find them extremely approachable and lovely .
The pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge my presence let alone serve me. I was the only customer in the shop- after 10 minutes of waiting and being ignored she then told me off for picking up a packet of paracetamol off the shelf myself as she couldn’t be bothered to serve me. I gave up and I certainly won’t be going back there again!
A+++ This is the best pharmacy around. They are fast, honest, authentic, go above and beyond to help you get what you need, they're open longer hours and on Saturday. I left Trinity and you known why. I am so grateful for the service everyone should deserve especially when you're already not well. A few months ago I changed from a different pharmacy to Traherne as I was fed up waiting for days for delivery of my prescription by them. Traherne pharmacy delivers my medication as soon as prescribed by my GP and the staff are always polite when I call for any advice.
Very, very impressive and friendly pharmacy. Managed to order me two different prescriptions this morning which I picked up this afternoon. Have always had good experiences with Traherne and they always go the extra mile.
