   Booked online flu jab appointment. Both my wife and I had zero problems, very quick and painless. Kamsons were also £5 cheaper than the big chemist in the High Street.

   Usually good experience here but on booking my flu jab weeks ago, I was then contacted less than 4 hours before the appointment to say they didn’t have any vaccines left and I would need to cancel and rebook next week. I work in hospitality, this was my only free day to get it sorted and I really could’ve done with the extra protection. Why let me book it in the first place if they didn’t have enough left?!

   The pharmacy staff are always helpful. I've had numerous vaccines here, the latest being the flu jab. No discomfort and after effects. Great friendly service.

   All fine in the end as the flu jab only took, literally, three seconds. I was, however, a tad disappointed to have turned up at the appointed time only to have to wait 15 minutes. This was after I had called the day before to ask if I could come later because I had some work meetings and was told that would not be possible as there is a strict schedule to stick to. If there really IS a strict schedule to stick to then STICK TO IT!

   The team here go above and beyond for the customers. We have used this pharmacy for two years and there is one employee who is just fantastic called Michelle. She is very compassionate, patient, kind and goes the extra mile for you. She will lower her volume when she is discussing something personal and discreet and tries help in any way that she can. That kind of service goes along way when you are struggling with a difficult health issue and feel anxious and overwhelmed. She treats every customer personally and has fantastic knowledge about the products the pharmacy sells. We are always thankful for Michelle and the other staff being so kind and it makes what could easily be a stressful and awkward interaction so much easier.

   TERRIBLE service, don’t rely on this chemist or pharmacist. Prescription sent through by GP before lunch and went to collect at 6pm, told that it was not available as had to order and won’t be available until Monday. 3 days after medication needed. Rang surgery to be told it’s the pharmacist problem, rang the pharmacist to be told NOT his fault, he didn’t have to let the surgery know that it was out of stock before 12 today, talk about pass the buck - this isn’t band cream I’m after, it’s medication!!!!!!
