   Its not a pleasant experience getting the wax taken out of your ears but I would just like to say that this was the least horrible time I have ever had. Such lovely people who didn't make me feel stupid for my strong reaction to the procedure which ended up being JUST FINE! Thank you so much to the lovely receptionist and the very understanding Ben!

   Most competent and confidence inspiring free hearing test! And I was not put under any pressure to buy a hearing instrument which is what they specialise in and are clearly very good at in terms of matching the numerous available instruments to your particular needs. I'm 83 and my hearing is likely to deteriorate; if it does I will return to Viney.

   Absolutely fantastic service. Something that the NHS would not even touch was sorted in the first sitting. My son walked out with a missive smile on his face and couldn’t believe how much his hearing was fixed in an instant. Could not recommend enough and well worth the money. Definitely money we’ll spent. Staff were great and the Doctor was really friendly and full of advice

   Excellent service. My husband had the micro suction procedure to remove ear wax and his hearing immediately improved up to 50%, so quite life changing for him. Would happily re-visit if the problem ever returns.
