Even from making the appointment it could not have gone easier and I had the option to add the date and time to my calendar. It seemed really busy in the store that day but I was taken into the appointment without waiting more than a moment or two. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to ask questions and was given explanations in detail.
The team are brilliant at helping you pick the right glasses for you! The testing was explained throughly and you are put at ease during your eye test! Super friendly team :) Waiting times can be slightly longer than other stores but I assume this is due to the quality and professionalism of the staff they have working there!
I popped in to ask for my glasses to be checked/adjusted which I've had for a few months as they didn't seem right. A few checks here and there, was told glasses were fine but maybe I needed reading glasses if I was finding it blurry to read or a new sight test done in case the prescription has changed. Went online to book a sight test as advised then had a call a few days prior. The person kept telling me I didn't need a sight test again and cancelled my appointment. Yes, i just turned 40 and maybe I needed reading glasses but I also kept saying it was blurry for me to read and I found my older pair more comfortable. The person also told me maybe I should wear those glasses for reading if I find it easier or pop in for new reading glasses. All I wanted was another sight test. I couldn't understand why you would refuse this if I'm paying for it? I've since gone to another opticians, paid for a sight test and a new pair of glasses as the prescription was different. I will not be going back to this store again.
Excellent service as usual from Specsavers. Easy to book an appointment, very helpful and informative staff, wide choice of frames. I particularly appreciated the improvements to the virtual try on at home software, which saved a lot of faffing in the store since I arrived with a list of frames I was interested in trying and the assistant helped me find them.
Very helpful in and out in no time the screw had come out of my glasses no quibble great service recommend to any one thanks staff at morriston
Despite some computer problems, and running a little late, the staff were polite, efficient and very friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
