Staff are exceptionally lovely and friendly, especially helping me book in a last minute appointment. The optician was also very kind and gave thorough detail when chatting about my new prescription.
As soon as I walked in I was made to feel welcome. The staff were polite & during both my tests l was put at ease with staff explaining exactly what was happening. As I needed a new prescription I needed new glasses & the lady who helped me choose was very nice & helpful.

I had an issue which meant I couldn’t wear lenses. The staff bent over backwards to ensure I left with glasses. I cannot thank them all enough! Every member of staff was polite and friendly. This made me feel at ease especially feeling so anxious. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!
I was really happy with my daughter’s sight test. The staff were incredibly patient and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure she understood what was happening. It was a really positive experience, and I really appreciate the care and attention they gave us.

I needed a change to my lenses even though they were less than a year old. My eyes have adapted to the prisms and so far the double vision has gone. Specsavers gave me a very good deal to replace my glasses with new frames. Customer Service is always friendly, helpful and patient. I appreciated having an appointment for fitting, a real time saver!
