    I have lived here for four years at Thomas Street in Llanelli I have to be honest it is the worst place to live. The staff are not friendly. They are very rude including the managers. There is been many incidents that they have just wiped under the carpet and not one little bit about how it would make me feel as I live there because I have mental health, been given notice because of an incident that was out of my control absolutely vile people icon wait to put that place behind me, you are spoken to like a piece of dirt wouldn’t recommend anyone moving in

    Loads of rubbish reviews on here. Steffan whos the director and his mate cassian, of course they will give it 5 stars. Worst company I have ever worked for. No support or communication within company. If you invite a friend to here you are definitely not a friend. Noticed they only answer the people with positive comments. When there was an incident they turned their backs on their workers. They caused a senior support worker to have depression and stress . They offered her no support. None of them even turned up to her her funeral when she took her own life. Even though she done over 5 years of service

    EVERYONE, I GOT ASKED TO COME FOR AN INDUCTION ON A CERTAIN DATE, I TURNED UP BY TAXI AND TRAIN AND AS I GOT THERE THEY SAID I HAVE NOT GOT AN INDUCTION TODAY, THERE WAS A "MIX UP" THEY SAID I HAD THE JOB PRIOR, SO I HANDED MY NOTICE A WEEK BEFORE, THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE MY FUNDS FOR TRAVEL AND NOW IV ENDED UP WITH NO JOB AND LOSS OF FUNDS, THEY ALSO SAID WE WILL GIVE YOU THE FUNDS IF YOU COME TO THE INDUCTION.!

    Public please be aware some of the people posting five star reviews are currently employed staff. Of course it will be five stars for them as they are trying to hide the neglect and poor practices from the community. They're downright dangerous for the people they support and for their staff too.

    Residents at M&D Care limited Crown Street disrespect the community streets and treat neighborhood as a human ashtray. Contacted the Director Michelle Martin to put a stop to this nonsense!
