As someone who works in pharmacy I understand how things work. As I was passing, I went in to buy some eye drops (Ps) however they were out of stock. The young girl (long dark hair) serving had great customer service and was very apologetic, however l know stock deliveries aren't as reliable as they used to be and short supply is rife in medicine at the moment, so no worries. Despite the horribly impatient person in front of me she was lovely and smiley.

Stupid wait times when u try calling them they don't pick up they arnt always open and close different times all the time staff are rude and slow and are not helpful at all. Also couldn't find the prescription and then they said they found it and gave us a old one which was not what we needed baring in mind it's medication for a child. Lucky we noticed.

Drive past it daily and always queues all the way up the road of around 2 hours. No other pharmacy in the area has these issues but they aren’t chain pharmacies. Further proof big companies provide an awful service. Order medication online or go to a different pharmacy. With any luck they’ll be shut down soon and replaced with a local run business that actually cares about their reputation and knows how to operate properly

The opening times are now 9-5 with an hour shut for lunch. (1-2). Also now shut Sat & Sun. So if you work you can not get here. You MUST allow 7 working days for a prescription to be ready from the day of request. They do NOT open if there is not a Pharmacist on site. (there very often isn't so often randomly shut) The last 2 days he has got into work at 11 a.m. You then have to literally queue outside for maybe an hour due to the back log. Then when you get to the counter you have to wait another hour for them to find & pack your order. If you need/must use this chemist I would realistically allow a whole day.

I have had a number of "experiences" with this Lloyds branch and not one has been good. They are chaotic when they are working and prescriptions are never ever ready for collection so you need to go in and then wait 20 minutes despite them being sent through by doctors a day or two before. They ALWAYS blame either the doctor or Lloyds direct in the latest incident we have had with them when we were forced to get medication urgently but ended up having to wait for days. While we were there two other people complained about similar issues. If they were just an ordinary business they would just go bust, but so many people in Henfield depend on them for healthcare that is an absolute disgrace how they conduct affairs.

The fact that it shuts for lunch and it's closed on Saturdays during October is only displayed on the door. Very annoying if you have to drive there. There seemed to be 4 staff working but the very slow moving queue was out the door. The village needs a better service than this!

Dreadful service. Rang for two days trying to order repeat prescription for my elderly mother. Staff ignore the phone! Pharmacy in Henfield is closed for staff training at lunchtime however one would thought that with daily staff training you would receive good service. You are wrong. I would say it is the worst pharmacy I have used!
