We’ve visited a couple of times and the venue itself is decent enough. Trampolines are clean and well managed, soft play and climbing areas are fine, and the toddler zone is thoughtfully laid out with themed play areas. The canteen serves standard fried food, which is fine for what it is and reasonably priced. The problem was customer service. We ordered chicken nuggets and chips for our four year olds and a burger and chips for an adult. Only after the food arrived were we told they had run out of ketchup. The burger was extremely dry, essentially just a patty in a bun with a bit of salad. When I raised this with the manager, I was told there was “nothing she could do” because “there is nowhere that stipulates you are entitled to ketchup.” Mayo was offered instead, but our kids do not eat it and it is not a comparable substitute. In the end, we were left eating dry food and dealing with frustrated toddlers, anyone with toddlers knows what thats like. A little flexibility or understanding would have gone a long way. The venue is good, but the canteen experience, particularly the attitude, really soured the visit. If they had accepted a return, we could have gone an eaten somewhere else. Good hospitality isn’t about hiding behind technicalities. Saying “there’s nowhere that says you’re entitled to ketchup” is confrontational and dismissive, especially when: I raised the issue immediately and we hadn’t started eating. There's nowhere that stipulates the food is cooked, or served on a plate or comes with cutlery but there are some things that are expected. It's safe to say we won't be returning again.

Recently, we were at a birthday party. 2 hours ordered and after 1 hour the staff told the children to stop playing. The children had to sit and be bored. I don't recommend it. Terrible service

I have book birthday party for my 8 years old son. Everything was fine a part that after an hour of using trampolines and food kids heard from staff '' your party is over'' when they want to use trampolines. Disgusting! Kids had nothing to do for next 45 minutes. Not recommended.

Email specifically says to arrive 20 mins prior to booked session, however I’m not really sure why as we were checked in straight away and given wristbands but then had to wait 15/20 mins before we were allowed to use the trampolines or soft play which is a long time for a little one who doesn’t understand this! I said I’d have to step outside to reception staff in that case as my little one was upset as to why we couldn’t go in and they did say we could use the small world area while we wait. I’ve been before it was taken over by High Altitude and they never had this rule and was much smoother process.

We had an amazing time for my sons 8th birthday party today, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. All the staff did a great job at making sure we had everything we needed and nothing seemed too much. Have to say a special thanks to the lady that made my sons Minecraft birthday cake, it was amazing, everyone was so impressed with it and it tastes delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better party for my son. Will definitely be coming back.

Hired Jump Warehouse for our daughters 8th birthday party. We went for the exclusive use package. We thought it was really good value for money. The venue is the perfect size. The staff team are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.. The whole team worked so hard to make the party really special. The food is excellent and the whole venue is really clean. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic trampolining and soft play. Staff are very friendly and always make us feel very welcome. We have two children with autism and the staff are always so helpful and understanding. The food menu is really varied and always cooked fresh. We go to lots of trampoline/ soft play centres but this one is our favourite as it’s a great size and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Really great size for trampolining and softplay combined. Big enough for the kids to have fun… small enough for the parents to be able to relax at the same time as keeping an eye on them. Highly recommend.
