   Great shop from all my experiences, large variety of supplies, surprisingly they even sell some Warhammer and modelling stuff which was quite unexpected. Overall kind and helpful staff and good prices

   They have loads of equipment and stuff that you may need. Their yarn in a bit pricier then where I usually go to . However this doesn't take way from the quality and the different options available.

   Knowing nothing about what would be the best equipment my daughter would need for her GCSE Art, we went into this store and asked a member of staff for advice. We were assisted by an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic staff member named Ellie. We got everything we needed and got great value for money. What an asset this young lady is. What I thought would be a tricky buying experience was actually very simple.

   Visited here today, I didn't need to buy anything, I just entered the store to enjoy the aesthetics. It's like stepping back into the mid 2000s, original fluorescent lights on the ground floor, industrial hum from the HVAC system, and an old Stannah elevator. I really enjoyed my visit here and would reccomend.

   Generally has what you need, staff are helpful (there's been a recent rejig - autumn 22 - and art supplies are now downstairs, there seems to be a bit less of some stuff - lino cutting supplies have gone)

   Have always found exactly what I've looked for at this store. Prices are reasonable and service is great. I feel they should offer beginner workshops for those looking to learn new hobbies as this would increase sales

   I just wanted to thank Becky so much for going to the warehouse and finding items for me which the lady on the till told me there was only the ones on the shop floor which I knew was incorrect because I could have ordered them online and collected in an hour! Had it been left to the till lady you would have lost a sale! Thank you Becky 5*s

   Very disappointing vist today the staff where borderline rude ask a simple question was told not in a polite manner the item I was looking for was upstairs that was it disappointing to say the least. I never found what i was looking for. They is quite a choice of items but slightly expensive, I would prefer to buy online, than go in there again. I noticed 1 member of staff was just standing at the front of the shop, not welcoming cust simple just standing there not sure what was the point.
