   A simple standard eye test for £25.00 , revealed a bleed behind my eye and severe bruising I was completely unaware of! I was given a letter for my doctor to investigate further. Cannot fault the Llanelli high street branch. Thank you x

   I hadnt had an eye test in like 8 years, great experience overall, optometrist was really nice that did my eye test, everyone was so friendly. I was seen pretty much on my appointment time which was great and when I needed glasses, they had someone show me through all the options both on frames and they explained to me the type of lenses well too so I felt informed the whole time (e.g. superclear etc) Overall I had a good experience.

   The Experience was Exceptional from booking an appointment online, to speaking on the phone. At the premises.Everyone was Friendly & Helpful. The appointment itself went smoothly, with all my questions answered. After getting the results to the prescription, the choice of frames were plentiful. Having the different lenses and their benefits explained and extras that I could have added. The picking up of my glasses and the aftercare was Exceptional. Can not praise The Llanelli Branch Enough ..

   Excellent service as always at Llanelli Specsavers. Warm welcome when you arrive. Busy shop but always someone on hand to help you or direct you. Matthew who did my eye sight test and contact lens check went through the results and suggested different ways forwards for lens and glasses going through advantages and disadvantages for each. Great getting the picture of my eye and again Matthew explained in detail what the picture showed. Top class service. Well done Matthew and team.

   Great customer service and the staff were very helpful and friendly they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Was happy with the price I paid £155 sounds a lot but I received appointment, eye test, one pair of every day glasses and a pair of sunglasses with the added lense protection. Overall was very satisfied with my visit many thanks.

   My mum 81 year old had her eye test at the branch in llanelli waited over an hour when appointment had been booked. They wouldn't release the prescription until she'd picked her glasses don't know what that was about so I went online and they sent it via chat. She was so upset about returning we took her to another branch and purchased new glasses. Thank you llanelli branch the girls were brilliant but the bloke working there is a plonker.

   First time going to Llanelli Specsavers and probably my last. My employer works with Specsavers to provide eye testing due to the work i do. I had arrived with the voucher and I asked multiple staff about it who all seemed unsure. One was a trainee so fair enough. The optician was late for my appointment so I ended up being in the store quite late. As i was leaving I asked a gent one last time about the voucher and i had to pay for additional scan. He told me i didn't have to pay and that my voucher covers it which was incorrect. He told me my prescription was for distance glasses and I queried this as I've worn glasses for 20 years and always for computer and reading. He insisted they were just general glasses which means part of the voucher couldn't be used (wasn't overly bothered about it at the time as I was being ushered out of the store). I told him i had to pay for the scan and when he actually listened it turned out I did have to pay for it. What I'm most concerned about is due to family history it's really important my eye health is taken seriously. The gent couldn't even read the prescription correctly or advise correctly on the voucher use. They lost out on me buying Vivienne Westwood 06 and another pair and i won't be returning because of the lack of knowledge. I don't want to risk my health. I have checked my prescription with my previous scripts and they are in fact for up close work so the man was again, incorrect. People's health must be taken more seriously.

   Seen today as emergency due to sudden onset floaters and flashes in one eye, difficult to get through on phone but was told would have call back. Called in to store as was in town, seen immediately, very good examination and reassured, worsening advise also given. A big thank you to all who helped.
