Staff were all lovely, drinks priced fairly, however the place was minging filthy and the sound system is aged, needs a sort out. When you pay good money to see top notch djs you want to hear them on a top notch sound system. I’ve heard better systems at squat parties in all honesty. That’s my gripe, bit fussy but it had to be said, The crowd was fun. So not all bad.

I attended a gig last week but had recently suffered an achilles rupture, sl attending shows has been very difficult. The staff at The Arch were not only incredibly accommodating but ensured I never felt like a liability and helped me get from the queue to a seat with a great view so easily. If you are disabled and attending a show here, let the staff know and they will help out. Thanks again for making the night so great!

I was really anxious about coming here to watch And So I Watch You From Afar last night, due to the reviews below. However, the staff we encountered were all lovely, polite and helpful throughout the night. I appreciate a gig vibe is different to a club night and that may be where tensions are higher usually. Beers aren't the cheapest but it's Brighton and therefore didn't really anticipate cheap. Bathrooms are an odd layout and not the most clean but in terms of cleanliness and facilities, not really unlike similar venues. Easy to get to, right on seafront. Great vibe. Bag search on entry so felt secure.

Great small venue to see live DJ's (Shy FX). Security were visible throughout and plain clothed in the crowd so felt safe. If you don't want to get too squashed, don't stand at the back of the room as it ends up being a "corridor" for people barging their way through to the toilet to do lines/smoking area repeatedly. Several people slipped and fell on the stairs by the men's toilets. I did report this to security but they didn't care. Venue is not accessible for wheelchair users. There is an upstairs balcony that has a great view. Didn't realise there was an upstairs separate dance floor/DJ also! There are areas throughout the venue where you can sit down away from the action if you need. Drinks were reasonably priced. No full fat coke option though.

Went to see Franky Wah Saturday…… he was unreal 5 hour set nearly!!! Sound system was great lights good and drinks reasonably priced for a club. Yes a little dirty but that’s what you expect. What made it was great music everyone were friendly and on a good vibe……

I had a good time but it's a box room. Great sound quality and excellent lights. Could do with better djs but they have some great ones once in a while.

I recently went to AWOL at The Arch. The club is small but nice with friendly staff, tight security and a decent sound system. Nice little chill out area upstairs with seating. A nice little smoking area which is on the beachfront. Good atmosphere and the tunes were banging! It got quite hot in there, but they do have aircon and you can get right underneath it from upstairs which was nice! The bathrooms were pretty clean for a rave which was good. Overall a good night out. Recommended.
