Great service from Dean who helped organise new glasses and prescription for my Mum. Recommended a suitable eye care plan for the purchase. Dean was friendly and supportive throughout the appointment.
Absolutely disgusting service today been a customer for a long time and wase seen atoday by rosnan bassi and I seen him looking on my file on the computer and highlights some parts on it and deleted some then started to check my sights and after adjusting the lenses in the machine he asked me what i could see and i told him that I couldn't see anything thing and he told me quite abruptly and rood that I could see it and not to be so awkward and to tell him what i could see that wase it for me that wase enough and got up and told him that he wase no good and walked out and complained about him to his manager . O yes another matter is that he got me mixed for another client and for me being hard of hearing that he kept covering his mouth while talking to me so I could not understand what he wase saying at times so needless to say that I will not be going back there again and that he wase not fit to be dealing with clients , if I could give a lower star rating then I woul .
Optician thorough, but receptionist not very helpful could not wait to get me out of store. And told me to come back at another time to discuss my requirements. Which I was disappointed with.
An excellent pre test, very thorough examination regarding vision change and eye health and superb post test customer service by a dark haired smiling young lady called Jade who was helpful and reassured me regarding my pre test worries and concerns, also advised me regarding frame style as I wanted to change to acetate from supra. Was going black but inspired suggestion changed me to clear. A credit to and an outstanding ambassador for the company. I returned a few weeks later to order the glasses and was measured by Maddie, again very helpful and a credit to the company Thank you.
Fast and wonderful service. I didn't have an appointment just wanted to find out about prescription sunglasses, as I always go to the Trostre branch, my prescription was on the system. Took my time to choose with a lot of help from a female member of the team. My order will be ready next week and am very thankful to you all xxx
Very disappointed with customer service, original eye test was ok. However purchase of spectacles and billing was far to complex. Then returning 10 days later to pick up said glasses. Only to be left in the shop unattended for 20 minutes, then a further 15 minutes to obtain said glasses. Back to Specsavers for me and my little family.
Excellent service from all staff. The eye test undertaken by Ffion was professional with explanations at every stage. Choosing the frame was easy with plenty of choice in all price brackets. Warm and friendly service with a smile. I will return.
I booked an eye test here following advice from a doctor after getting severe headaches and a sore eye. Thanks to the thorough examination and referral to an eye surgeon from Katie Davies, the optometrist, I’ve been diagnosed with Shingles and am now receiving proper treatment. It was misdiagnosed by my GP and a specialist before this so I have Katie and Vision Express to thank for their excellent service and professionalism. She even phoned the next day to check how I was doing. I highly recommend this store, when I need glasses I’ll be going back here!

Courteous professional staff that go that extra mile to make you feel cared for. Eye exam was comprehensive and professionally carried out, everything explained in a way that was easy to understand. No hassle to buy glasses if you didn’t want to, prescription given either way. I really can’t recommend vision express enough, I’ve tried other places but vision express, for me are hands down the best place to have your eye examination.
