Spent a lovely hour here completing diamond hunt. Great fun completing puzzles, decoding and searching for clues. Well worth the money. Lovely host at the door. Highly recommend !! 10/10

Totally brilliant escape room. Extremely well designed. It kept us (2 bright adults) busy for a full hour, using all sorts of logic and different skills. Highly recommended. Lovely people too!

Thank you to Jill for assisting with my proposal and allowing me to put the engagement ring into the Diamond Hunt escape room. We had a great time. Thank you again Jill

Brilliant fun. Went as a treat for my daughter's 16th birthday with my husband and 14-year-old son and we all really enjoyed it. And we did it with a couple of minutes to spare! Look forward to going back and trying a different room

Gill was very friendly and helpful when welcoming us and guiding us in the diamond hunt escape room especially as we’d only done one escape room before. The puzzles were very fun to solve and there were lots more to solve than in our last escape room which was great. Will be returning again to try some of the others.

The good. The bad and the confusing First off i’d like to say this review purely relates to my experience, which may differ in your own of course. I’d also like to say this review is about Diamond Hunt and not about any other room (Both Edgar and Magnesis are great) I would start off with the good but frankly i can’t think of a positive. The room’s theming was minimal (which is fair enough) and so was the story. The bad. At the beginning we were told not to move heavy furniture. We then found out we were expected to deconstruct a desk, tip over a heavy chair and basically destroy the room. We were also told if anything breaks we must cover the cost. This caused us to be stuck on just opening a briefcase for a solid ten minutes because it was cheap plastic and to unlock it we had to snap the locks down (which of course we did not assume as something we needed to do). The puzzle themselves had no clues/connectors to push you in a direction except for one. We were told that it was a one item one key policy but then within the room we had to use a key twice. All of this heavily affected our game run and soured our taste on Puzzlescape. From my personal experiences with escape rooms (having done all that escape hunt and cryptic escape have to offer) i’d recommend attending those venues instead

A lovely family run escape room! The puzzles in the room were a perfect level of difficulty and the room was brilliantly decorated. We will 100% be returning to try some of the other options.

Best escape room experience we’ve had by far! We were able to bring our toddler with us (discussed this before booking and was met with a very quick response) and unlike other escape rooms we’ve been to, he didn’t have to be held the entire time and could touch items in the room. The room master we had was amazing too, and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. We will certainly be returning, and highly recommend to all!
