What a miserable unhelpful manager. I met a lovely member of staff yesterday there who was pleasant and couldnt do enough to help. Karen today had the attitude no one should see. She should work from an office in the back. Would put anyone off visiting again.
A,little disappointed as picked two pairs of boots both the same design make etc but the had different prices when querying they said the lower price was incorrect. !! In fairness thr gave me a bit of discount but the lower price was the best deal.
Pavers at Trentham gardens, great service, large and great selection of shoes, counter staff efficient and helpful.
Good staff interaction well stocked shoes, tidy surroundings with chairs and socks to try out the shoes for hygiene purposes. I wished all shoe shops do the same like pavers
We shopped for wide fitting shoes today. Lisa, the shop assistant, was incredibly helpful, patient and kind. We bought 3 pairs of shoes making life easier for my partner. Will definitely be shopping there again.
I did a click and collect so I did not spend much time in the shop but the staff were very helpful and the slippers were good quality very comfortable.
Our favorite shoe-shop-place , full of great shoes, not cheap but good quality, there was a sale today, so got some bargains, enthusiastic helpful staff.
Good selection of shoes. Easily accessible. Good car parking. The female member of staff who served us was excellent. Got a good pair of leisure shoes at a decent price.
Nice shop , the girls in there are friendly. The young girl with red hair ( sorry can’t remember her name) was very helpful and lovely and my puppy liked her as well. Thank you for looking after us
Fantastic customer service, more than happy to advise you with their brands or recommend another. Good selection of stock, including some extra-wide, which I don't find in many places. They also offer a spray-on, water-proofing service for your footwear, which is very useful and reasonably priced.
