Bought a pair of boots today at Talke store. Lots of choice. Served by a young lady called Jess who was very helpful and knowledgeable and extremely polite. What an asset to your store she is. Dont get many assistants like her anymore.... Not worn the boots yet but pleased with style and price. Thankyou Pavers, Talke.

Daughter had the cleaning sole treatment, the staff then noticed the soles had become marked ,they couldn't give a refund for the treatment so my daughter paid £5 ,no treatment and no shoes ,staff were very rude ,kept waiting 20 mins to be told we cannot refund ,so basically, they took £5 for nothing shocking!!!!
Yesterday I purchased a pair of boots from the Affinity store at Talke. Stoke on Trent. The assistant named was Dawn who helped me. She was friendly, polite and very good at her job, nothing was too much trouble for her . Thank you Dawn .
