Don't go if you want your racquet restrung. They just send it to an external re-stringer anyway, so you end up waiting longer and paying extra with no apology
Went in with my 10 year old son to buy a complete set of cricket gear. The man that served us was excellent and made sure we got the right equipment - not necessarily the most expensive equipment. Will actively recommend this shop in the future.

Having been able to get 3 tennis racquets to try, the service provided by the owner and the people that work with him is top service.
I think this place is under new management in recent years and the new guy seems a lot more on it. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good selection of sports kit for a local sports shop. The best bit is the amazing cricket section upstairs which is a real gem. The staff are very helpful with advice and sizing which is a must for kids getting the right size bat and pads.
A fantastic range of sports products, especially in cricket gear and clothing. The cricket gear selection is exceptional for an independent store. They also provide great customer care in servicing and support of the products. Warm and friendly staff who don't push or force sales on you.
Went in to buy my first pair of running shoes. Really patient sales assistant took me through the options and multiple pairs until I found the ones I was most comfortable with. Friendly, not pushy, good experience. Would go back again.
