   I bought a bat from Nick last week and, after a couple of nets, I am very happy with it and can't wait to get out in the middle. The whole experience was really first class. Nick inspires confidence. He took plenty of time to find out what I needed, in order to help me choose the right bat from his stock. He sources his bats from specialist makers that he has come to trust, and when he says that he wouldn't sell a bat he wouldn't use himself, I believe him.

   I contacted Nick recently as I was looking for a new bat. He was very enthusiastic and helpful in finding me a bat that felt right and worked for me. I ended up with a great bat that has been great so far at winter nets. I also used his 'knocking in' service.    Nick was brilliant from start to finish. Really flexible and responsive to find a time to take a look at his kit. Super helpful in helping me select the bat I needed. As a totally new player he really took the time to explain everything I needed to know. He didn't try and pressure me into buying a more expensive bat than I would need. He gave me a discount because I was buying quite a bit and even threw in his old kit bag for free! Top bloke with quality equipment who you can tell loves the sport and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

   Nick recently sorted out a kit upgrade for my boy and it's been a remarkable experience. Having referred to Nick by a manufacturer whose stock I was after, I landed on a surprise to also find a brand that was our first choice (has been since the boy's U9s days). While he was extremely kind enough to offer a fantastic deal on the package, the way he dealt made me to try one of his own brand and hence decided to take a 2nd bat. His ability to understand the boy's need and his integrity in hand- picking the best option he had - both amazes me! He got them both hand knocked and the full kit was delivered on time. As the icing on cake, I found an additional pair of batting gloves as a Birthday gift! Thanks to him for all this. Both the bats he has sent (for superb value to mention again) are absolute beauties :> I'm keen to drop by his hut soon to pick up a CC201 for myself :D Highly recommended, five stars.

   I came across custom cricket 201 via Google search for hand made bats. I short listed 2 bats and was little apprehensive as it was too good to be true and had bad experiences in the past... I spoke with Nick next morning and he made videos for me for both bats and sent over within 15 minutes. I purchased both bats and got these next day.
