Staff are so friendly and helpful, which is hard to find in other sport stores in town. Great selection of running shoes too. I absolutely love shopping at local independent stores!
I went in with sons today to buy cricket bats (yes, it’s October!). They didn’t have any out in the store (obviously) but were more than happy to size the boys, bring out the bats they had in the store room (good selection) and let the boys try them. I left with two new bats, three balls and very happy sons. Thank you!
Great service - was helped by Andy who conducted a quick gait analysis for me and recommended a couple of pairs of trainers to try. He was super knowledgeable and I’m happy with my purchase.
There is hope for high street shops, and Andy should be the example to set! Fantastic experience, I was only browsing but did need a new pair - I had looked online but wanted to ask some questions. Andy asked a couple of questions and before I knew it I had a couple of options and some very good reasons to try on the pair I was a bit dubious about. They were beyond what I had hoped for, and the service was some of the best I have experienced - thank you Andy!

Needed some rackets regripped urgently and after a quick call to check they offered that service I got down there and was super impressed with the 2 staff who picked up on my urgency and completed the work within minutes. Very friendly, very helpful and whilst I was there I noticed how well stocked they are with latest apparel and equipment. Will be going back on my next shop for sports gear.
