Huxtable were as helpful as they could be and today the sale of the property completed and we can't thank Huxtable enough for their help in selling it.    The agent led the process through one withdrawal to a completed sale in a very reasonable period of time. The costs are competitive and the fixed rate worked well due to the high number of viewings. Key handling was easy and trouble free. The agents weekend availability was always good and as a fixed fee deal I'm very satisfied as there were lots of viewings I couldn't attend myself which Mark and his team handled with no fuss. Great service for buyers and sellers.

   I can strongly recommend Huxtable Estates, sold my property within 2 weeks. Selling process went super smooth, agents are trustful and extremely approachable. We stay in touch with Mark all the time,who help us with all concerns and lead us thru selling process. Huxtable Estates prices are incomparable (!) and they are beating all big estate agents on the market, they won't rip you off like other giants, and we really get wonderful service, our house was on popular portals and we have been busy with viewings, we have no regrets about choosing them. You can see they enjoy their job. For sure will cooperate again in future!
