For anyone facing similar difficulties, it is advisable to contact the Environmental Health department at Neath and Port Talbot Council. They can offer valuable support and guidance to help address these issues and enhance living conditions. Additionally, it has been observed that Tai Tarian has a pattern of exaggerating circumstances and making unfounded allegations against its tenants. This troubling behaviour not only undermines tenant credibility but also contributes to an atmosphere of distrust, as I have seen documented evidence of such claims myself. To safeguard your interests, it is advisable to document all communication in writing and retain copies of correspondence. If this isn't feasible, consider having a representative manage communications with Tai Tarian on your behalf. Alternatively, ensure you record all phone calls and verbal appointments to maintain a clear record of your interactions.

   Neighbour died by side of me. Within no time, new windows and doors were put in. Due to the fact they wanted a Tennant in asap to receive rent. My other neighbour been waiting years for new windows and doors, with no set date for new windows. They are only interested in making money from Tennants. I’m a Tennant myself I find the company crap, the flats are hollow you can hear every noise like it’s echoing throughout the back end of the flat, need soundproofing. They do nothing for anti social behaviour from tennants , housing officers are a waste of money.

   Had neighbour trouble for years, had to file several police reports for anti-social activity to the point their tennent send their kid around to tell me things. They literally do not care. Shame I can't give no stars.

   Have had nothing but problems I’m disabled they refuse repair work claim they never got the repair nothing but attitude on the phone they moved me and my children in here with glass in the garden and mould on the walls they charge “service charges” to everyone in tai tarian property and it’s for patches of land they own that has nothing to do with the tenants in the properties they have in fact we are not able to have our gardens cut because they “don’t offer” that service yet they do in fact offer that service but it’s only to certain people who get preferential treatment they don’t care about their tenants they only care about collecting money and if you’re on Uc they will even take away your right to refuse payment if they arnt sticking to their terms of the tenancy as landlords which is all the time they’ve left me without the ability to shower for 2 weeks I had to bathe in a sink they thought this acceptable it wasn’t and isn’t they have left a falling down coal shed in my back garden from before I moved in here the patio isn’t cemented down which means the gardens weeds just push them up there is a non uk regulation step in my back garden which is 2 ft deep drop not a lot for an adult but I had small children here at the time I’ve fallen off it and hurt my hip they don’t care go with any other housing association any one of them don’t go with tai tarian once you’re in it it’s hard to get out of

   Me and my family needs a new house urgent.. we on gold.. there's houses being filled and avnt been on the bidding site.. lived up the valleys all our lives.. and english people having houses before the locals... we got to get out of our private house and there's been no help from tai tarian..they new we had to get out by a certain date..pathetic!!! little baby in this house and I suffer with ptsd and my anxiety going through the roof cause you avnt helped.. pathetic service

   Ignore the negative comments, these are from people expecting a free ride and to live in a palace for nothing. They live in a tip as they dont look after their home so No Tai Tarian will not spend money refurbishing your home when people do not look after it and 2 months later it looks like a war zone again. Tai Tarian have been fantastic to me. If you build up a good relationship, keep your rent account in the black and look after your home inside and out then it all goes in your favour of them going that extra mile to help you when you need them. It's not too much for them to ask for tenants to keep gardens tidy and well kept and buildings looked after and kept clean. I have always found the team polite, friendly and supportive. I have had an awful lot of work carried out both inside and out of my home for which I am very grateful for. I love my home and have no intention of moving from it.

   Got locked out of my flat when water was pouring in outside entry system phoned Ty Tairean didn’t even come up .. still can’t get in back door because it hasn’t worked for four years since I lives here . Since Tia Tatiana has taken over from the council it’s gone downhill … manager told me they can’t do nothing about banging pipes only need clipping

   I have been misled on the website, I was informed by Tai tarian website that I will have to wait 26 weeks for a transfer, I phoned up today and found out the wait is longer than advised. Really not happy
