   Excellent holiday place. Good neighborhood. Quiet and homely. Everything you required in a short stay home were provided. Host was kind and attended to requests promptly. Accessible to buses to and from the city center and on to other places of interest. Strong Wi-Fi and the smart tv in every room are with build-in subscriptions. We had quite a lovely time in Swansea and will definitely stay here again when next we visit.

   We came to 17 Laurel Place on 8th January 2022. It was windy and cold outside. I was very clearly instructed how to pick the key and it was a great relief as we came with kids from a tropical country. The place was clean, well maintained and with all necessary amenities. It was a home away from home. The KG property's team was very supportive and always helped when I needed. I would recommend this place as a excellent place for everyone.

   We came back from 17 laurel place, sketty today (3/9/21). I must say this accommodation is lovely. Home away from home. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Its clean, tidy and in perfect location. The beds are comfortable and all equipment clean. Bedding was clean and they provided big towels. The communication between myself and company was brilliant. I really couldnt ask for more. All the rooms are decent sizes and having the added bonus of a utility room meant i went home with clean clothes. The garden space was good and my boys enjoyed playing football on the astro turf. Overall i am very pleased and would definitely use this holiday home again!

   My sister came over from Canada and stayed here for 10 days, we visited a few times and was really impressed with the house especially for the price, very comfortable and on a nice quiet estate. The beach is only a 10 minute walk and the local pub is a 2 minute walk from the house and the food is great.my sister will definitely be booking again next time she visits.

   The home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is 5 minutes by car to the Gower, a few minutes to Swansea bay, Mumbles and the City Centre. The house has a front and back garden, the rear is enclosed with a patio and astro turf. The inside has a fresh modern look, with good Wifi and internet enabled TV's. The kitchen is large for the house with plenty of equipment. It was a peaceful warm house to stay in, and we discovered a lovely forest walk through Clyne Valley which comes out at the seaside and a handy Cafe! Loads to see and do on the door step.
