   Execellent customer service went above and beyond. Spoke to Julian M who kindly helped me arrange a complex delivery due having a health condition and needing some vital equipment to help get me better. He was very empathetic, gave me all the options, answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision for me. I'm very excited and more importantly reassured, confident and would recommend anyone who needs help to speak to him.

   This is a terrible company. They sold a product that is widely known to be defective. Despite numerous complaints the best they could do was to offer a replacement part. This replacement part has already been replaced once and it keeps failing because it’s DEFECTIVE. Do not trust any warranty from them because they will do their utmost best not to honour it. Very shocking company. We are seeking legal action.

   Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, some advice, never buy in store, even if you go and check something out - buy it online via your computer or phone, you have NO rights to return it if your not happy if you buy in person in store, they are worse than double-glazed salespeople. Also, alot of the brands of cheap, clones of actually better equipment, shop around, go to manufacturers own websites and buy direct. As for this store in particular, truely awful sales manager.

   Terrible.company..AVOID!!! Terrible.company..AVOID!!!! Bought a treadmill 3.months ago! ALREADY FAULTY... one month in I am now trying to get help! The customer service post sale is shocking! It take 5 days plus to get replies to.emails and all they do is keep asking me to.do test after test! rather than sort it out. Even raising a formal.complaint....I have paid £800.for a volta machine that I can't use...

Absolute great experience, he was very knowledgeable about the treadmill I was interested in and provided me with everything I needed to make my decision. Great follow up and communication with him, now looking forward to receive my treadmill.

   Popped in with my 24 y/o son who has a passion for working out at home with a homemade built gym. The store has a massive collection of gym equipment, fitness machines, free weights, etc. You name it they got it. The equipment isn't the shoddy cheap stuff you'd find at alternative sport goods stores that creak and rust. Was greeted by Ricky. This guy knows his equipment inside and out and has a wealth of knowledge. No hard sales techniques, very friendly and professional staff. You can try out the equipment as well. Wished I had a store closer to home. Definitely going back soon once I cleared the garage out.

   Shocking aftercare service, treadmill delivered with dents. Complained, emailed and you do not receive a response. Not even a courtesy one! My advice, go elsewhere. Really poor business sense, we wanted to purchase more equipment but will not be going to them now. They think short term, once you’ve bought a piece of equipment you are not likely to update it in a few years, so they don’t care about after service. Not impressed at all.

   I paid nearly 8k for machines from this store which included it being installed professionally. Multi gym broke within 2 hours of it being installed. I had to ring or email everyday for two weeks before I got a date for the fault to be rectified. I spoke to six different people who all apologised but didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. No one took ownership of the problem. When I left messages my calls were not returned. Customer services were appalling. Eventually after four long weeks the engineer came back to sort the problem out. I thought I was buying quality equipment from a reputable company. I will not use them again or recommend anyone else to do so.
